Overview
Winning entry in a design contest organised by polish brand Medano Bikes. The designs were created in 2015 and were supposed to be realised in 2020. The task was to understand the coming trends and to design a proposition of a visual style for the cruiser bike line based on those trends.
The winning entries were working with Medano Bikes to prepare final versions ready to be rolled out on the market in future.

Responsibilities
Creating moodboards exposing trends for 2020 year and sketches/concepts in an exploration phase. Designing the final concept for a visual style of a cruiser bike line and preparing technical files according to the guides from the factories in China where Medano Bikes were manufacturing their products.

During the exploration of the coming trends for 2020 I was captivated by a combination of ginger/silver/green and possibilities of exploring the design compositions while exposing the shapes of the bike frames.
I wanted the design to be less intrusive and more about exposing the beauty of the shapes of the frame and nature of the bike itself.
